Note on competitor costs: Subscription platforms charge a fixed monthly fee regardless of results. A "good month" (e.g., 8 jobs) gives low cost per job, but quiet months (2‑3 jobs) push cost per job to £50-70. Shared leads and time spent quoting are not reflected in headline figures. Most tradespeople report average effective cost per booked job between £30-80 across a full year.
