01How and when do I pay for a job?
After the call, we check whether you agreed a job or visit. If you did, we automatically charge the standard £80 fee to your saved card and confirm it on WhatsApp.
02Are the calls exclusive?
Yes, once you connect. Nearby available members can ring together, and the first to accept gets the private call. We never resell it.
03Can I pause or cancel at any time?
Yes. Pause or resume calls in your WhatsApp account controls. To leave, request account closure there. Any fees for jobs you’ve already agreed still need paying.
04Are calls screened before they reach me?
Yes. Before connecting you, we check there’s a real person with an emergency in your trade and area, and confirm the exact address.
