One discount applies automatically to your next eligible Agreed Job whose Platform Fee has not already been fixed.

The conditions that matter
Who qualifies?
The reward goes to you, the inviter. Self-invitations, existing or archived members, repeat signups, account recovery and extra trade accounts do not qualify. A paired-trade signup still earns only one reward per genuinely new person. Both accounts must meet the current promotion Terms.
Code and verification timing
Attribution is fixed at first signup. A missing or invalid code cannot be added later. A coded signup link keeps the code for up to seven days in that browser session; it must be present when signup is submitted.
Uploading documents is not completed verification. Required identity facts, card setup and credential approval must be complete; share-code checks require human review. Unverified records older than 30 days are removed at monthly cleanup on the first day at 04:40 UTC. Verification must finish before removal, rather than expiring automatically at exactly 30 days.
How discounts are used
Discounts queue in the order earned across your trades. One applies per eligible Agreed Job; they do not stack. Already fixed fees and payment retries keep their original amount. Earned discounts have no scheduled expiry, cash alternative or transfer option. The promotion currently has no fixed closing date or qualifying-person cap.
Corrections and refunds
A final non-billable correction returns one replacement discount after the allocated fee is fully refunded, or an unpaid fee is definitively cancelled. Partial refunds, pending refunds and uncertain payments do not create replacements. If a correction is reversed, its unused replacement is cancelled; a replacement already assigned or used is honoured. Refunds return the amount actually charged.
Platform Fee and account conditions
The £80 standard fee and £64 discounted fee pay for GetTheCall-funded advertising and technology. They are separate from the customer’s works price. An Agreed Job can include an agreed visit or inspection; completion or customer payment is not required. Account closure does not itself forfeit rewards, but redemption requires a permitted member account and an eligible Agreed Job.
Participation and questions
Use genuine identities and accurate information. If you independently communicate about the promotion, disclose your potential discount and follow applicable advertising and privacy rules. We do not send invitation messages or ask you to send electronic marketing.
