Common questions
FAQ, Electrical Callouts across Wales
Do I need to cover all of Wales?
No. Calls are matched using your business postcode, not the whole region. You hear the estimated drive before accepting each call.
How many calls can I expect?
There isn’t a fixed weekly number. It depends on emergency demand in Wales, advertising and when you’re available.
Can I turn calls off when I’m busy?
Yes. Pause calls in your WhatsApp account controls when you’re busy, then resume them when you’re ready.
Can I ask something before joining?
Use the chat button on this page, or email support@getthecall.uk.
