Trade Apps: Try One Real Job First
You probably do not need another app for every part of a job. Keep bookings, receipts and invoices in a few places you can actually find from your phone.
A small setup that works

When a paid job-management app earns its place
It can help when several people need the same diary, you keep retyping customer details, or quotes and invoices are being lost between systems. It is less useful if one simple repair now needs ten extra fields.
Make the trial answer one question
Send the next real invoice. Can you reuse details, show the right payment instructions and find it again without retyping the job? If not, do not move the rest of the business into it.
Keep your existing app if it already does that well. Before paying for a replacement, confirm record export, accountant compatibility and the total charge for the people who need access.
